Our usual warm up.
Techniques of the day:

Kouchi Gari (small inner reap)

Turtle Attacks
Clock choke,
Bow and arrown from turtle
Darce Choke

30 minutes sparring:
usual 2 minutes stand up and 3 minutes ground

That is all.
