Training report: Takedowns and Anaconda
Normal 1 step roll for warm up.
Then takedowns drills (continuation of last week).
Snap down to sprawl

Then takedowns drills (continuation of last week).
Snap down to sprawl

single leg takedown with shoulder roll
Then we did the rolling anaconda
to conclude submission of the day, we did the reverse anaconda
Training concluded with 30 minutes of rolling.
