Training report: 1/2 sweeps and Lockdown

Same drills as Tuesday but nogi version instead.

hip bump sweep, no gi arm bar, hip bump sweep to triangle.

 
 
 
 
 
Topic of the day was 1/2 guard sweeps for beginnners and Lockdown for intermediate.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Then we had situational rolling from half guard. Training concluded with rounds of stand up and grounds.
