Training report: North South Position and Deep Half guard

Drills for warm up:


bullfighter guard pass,


single leg drag guard pass,



side control re-composition
from side control,




framing from side control to north south




Fundamental topic:
North South concept, 2 escapes from north side, back take from north side, Kimura from North side.








Intermediate: Deep half guard.





Situational rolling from north south and deep half.

Then training concluded with normal rolling.

Thursday topic is guard pass in Nogi.
