Warm up consisted of 4 drills:
arm bar
Osoto Gari
Knee slice guard pass

Flower Sweep

Self defence move taught by Mario was defense against standing headlock

Topic of the day was Half guard pass

Intermediate guard system was De La Riva and Berimbolo.

Situational Rolling from half guard and de la riva guard

Couple of rounds of takedown sparring also known as Tachiwaza.

Training was completed with normal rolling.

We are doing an internal competition in nogi on Thursday 05 March to prepare for the NZ Grappler Nogi comp in 28 March.

It is FREE internal comp.
