Training report Part One: Experiment

This week, we are experimenting a new format for our advanced students (blue belts on wards).

They will get to drill their favorites techniques.

If they do not have a specific techniques to drill, the black belt instructor will supply them with drills.

The idea is to get them to think on their own and develop their own skills.

From blue belts, we do not want to spoon feed our students.

We want to encourage them to learn, research and drill on their own.

If people like this style, we might alternate every week.

See you on the mats.
