2 guard passes from spider guard

1 spider guard sweep.

Throw of the week Ko Uchi Gari





Topic of the week is how to break the closed guard.










Serge explained the concept and pros and cons of breaking the guard standing instead of on the knees.

Then we also covered the Tozi Guard Pass.



Situational rolling from the guard.

Takedown drills

Tachiwaza followed by 1 hour of rolling.

Next week we will be covering guard sweeps.
