Training report: Back Control

Second week of our 12 weeks program.

The back control. We earn 4 points if you control the back with your hooks in for 3 seconds.

You can do your body triangle after you get you points.

Escaping is very tricky and there is no perfect escape.

As you should know by now, there a counter to almost any moves in BJJ.

Next week is side control,
