Training report: Sweeps and IBJJ rules

On Tuesday night, we covered IBJJF rules for the Regional NOGI competition.

On Thursday, Serge taught some sweeps like hip bump sweep and scissor sweeps.
They go very well with Kimura and Cross chokes.
