Our 12 Week Challenge is structured to cover a new basic position every week. This will ensure that you have a comprehensive understanding of BJJ and the ability to apply the techniques in a live setting. Additionally, if you attend at least one class a week, you will graduate from the challenge with a certificate, recognizing your hard work and dedication. And if you miss a week, no worries, our classes are scheduled in a 12-week rotation, so you can catch up when it's convenient for you.
